Dr. Kabir Adamu, Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Security and Intelligence Limited, has spoken about the recent peace agreement between ten communities in Katsina and some bandits.
In an interview with Roots TV Nigeria from 5:14, Adamu said he was surprised when he saw the conditions the bandits gave before they agreed to stop carrying out attacks in the 10 communities. He said the bandits demanded for the building of schools and construction of clinics in their communities. He said their third demand was the creation of watersheds for their animals. Adamu said those were the only three things the bandits asked for.
