Nigeria’s Flying Eagles wrapped up their preparations for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup with a commanding 3-1 victory over Australia in their final friendly match.
Goals from Tahir Maigana and Achichi Oseer put Aliyu Zubairu’s side 2-0 up before Australia pulled one back.
However, Charles Agada sealed the win with a third goal to underline Nigeria’s dominance.
The Flying Eagles will now focus on their Group F opener against Norway, scheduled for next Monday at the Estadio Fiscal in Talca, Chile.
They will also face Saudi Arabia and Colombia in the group stage.
