Real Madrid youngster Franco Mastantuono has hailed the humility of his star-studded teammates following their 4-1 La Liga victory over Levante on Tuesday.
The 16-year-old Argentine, who scored in the win alongside Kylian Mbappe (brace) and Vinicius Junior, expressed surprise at how grounded the squad’s biggest names remain.
“What shocked me the most? How humble my teammates are,” Mastantuono told Madrid Zone.
“Carvajal, for example, has won six UEFA Champions Leagues but he’s humble.
He is a leader and a wonderful person. Same for Kylian, Vini, and Jude.”
Mastantuono joined Madrid from River Plate during the summer transfer window and has quickly settled among the European champions’ galaxy of stars.
