Nigerian afrobeats singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has accepted his political appointment by his uncle and Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke.
NPO earlier Reported that the governor had yesterday appointed Davido as the Chairman of the state’s Sports Trust Fund.

The trust fund, as explained by the Osun Deputy Governor and Commissioner of Sports, Kola Adewusi, is aimed at attracting support from sports philanthropists within and outside the state, ensuring sustainable sports financing and development.
While confirming to the development in a post on his X handle, Davido expressed his readiness to work with the governor.
