BREAKING: Pastor Paul Adefarasin Announces 20th Edition of ‘The Experience’ Gospel Concert

Founder and Senior Pastor of House On The Rock Church, Paul Adefarasin, has announced preparations for the 20th edition of The Experience, one of the world’s largest gospel music concerts.

The all-night worship gathering, which began in 2006, has grown into a global event that attracts hundreds of thousands of worshippers to Lagos and millions more online. This year marks two decades of what Adefarasin described as “Jesus-centered praise, prayer, and global witness.”

In a post on Instagram, the clergyman urged Christians to pray as preparations intensify. He revealed that the 2025 edition will be different, with a major Kingdom project set to launch alongside the concert.

“This year, we’re also birthing a major Kingdom project. Get ready. To God be the glory. TE20 is important to us, 20 years of Jesus-centered worship. We’re also putting together an album,” he wrote.

To commemorate the milestone, an anniversary album featuring some of the world’s most celebrated gospel artists is already in the works.

Over the years, The Experience has hosted acclaimed gospel voices including Don Moen, Kirk Franklin, Nathaniel Bassey, Sinach, Travis Greene, and Donnie McClurkin. Organizers say this year’s edition will deliver another unforgettable night of soul-lifting music, prayer, and unity.

The concert is scheduled to hold in December in Lagos, with further details on the lineup expected in the coming weeks.
