President Bola Tinubu, on Friday, explained that his decision to approve changes in the hierarchy of Nigeria’s Armed Forces was aimed at strengthening the country’s national security architecture.
In a statement he personally signed, titled “Strengthening Our National Security Architecture,” the President announced a new set of appointments into the top ranks of the military, saying the move was part of efforts to consolidate ongoing security reforms and enhance inter-service coordination.
