Midfielder Kieran Dewsbury-Hall has followed new Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca to Stamford Bridge from Leicester in a £30m deal. And the west Londoners paid Aston Villa £19m to bring teenage starlet Omari Kellyman to the club.
