Nigerian Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has gifted his wife, Chioma Adeleke, a brand-new 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon.
The luxury SUV, recently introduced to the global market, is valued at more than $150,000 (₦240 million) depending on specifications. The 2025 edition boasts a refreshed design and electric options, making it one of the most anticipated upgrades in the G-Wagon series.
In a video posted to his Instagram Story on Wednesday, Davido revealed that he traded in an older model and topped up funds to secure the latest version.
Handing over the keys to Chioma, he described the purchase as his way of giving her “only the best.” The visibly thrilled Chioma accepted the gift, adding to the couple’s string of public celebrations this year.
The gesture comes just months after their lavish white wedding in Miami on August 10, 2025, the final in a three-part ceremony series. The high-profile event, estimated to have cost about $3.7 million, drew prominent guests from politics, business, and entertainment.
Davido, known for his chart-topping hits and extravagant lifestyle, has once again sparked conversation online with the latest addition to Chioma’s garage.
