The executive Governor of Edo state, Godwin Obaseki has been pictured together with former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, John Odigie Oyegun in Benin City, Edo state capital on Wednesday.  Governor of Edo state, Godwin Obaseki stated on his verified Facebook page; “The Nigeria of our dreams is achievable if we can attract our best hands and minds to work in the public and civil service. This means that workers, who make up the engine of governance, must be treated and paid well. There is no shortcut to this. He stated further; “As a government, we came in when things were really bad; institutions had collapsed, and there was a lot of rot in the system. Confronting the challenges we met, we promised to automate processes and workflows, motivate our civil service for high performance, build the capacity of public servants through training, and revamp their work environment.
