Nollywood actress Morenike Alausa has opened up about her struggles in marriage, revealing that she was abandoned by her husband despite having five children together. In an emotional interview featured on the official YouTube channel of Kunleafod TV, Alausa recounted the painful experiences she endured while raising her children alone.

According to the actress, her husband neglected his responsibilities as a father and a husband, leaving her to shoulder the burden of caring for their children. She noted that while he continued to live a carefree lifestyle, she focused on ensuring the wellbeing of her children, especially her daughters, whom she described as her greatest motivation to keep pushing forward.

Alausa emphasized that her determination to educate her female children stemmed from her personal experience in marriage, explaining that she wanted them to be independent and capable of choosing the right partners in life.

In her words, Alausa said, “My husband left me with 5 kids, he sleeps with different women and drinks alcohol in public.

He does not care about the welfare of me and my children and he is happy to spend his money on other women outside our matrimonial home. I’m determined to make sure that my female children go to school because I want them to get married to an educated man.”
