Privacy policy

This page explains what ajapareporter.com collects and why. Last updated 6 November 2026.

Visit statistics

We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we run ourselves. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not follow you across other websites. It records the page viewed, the referring site, the browser type, device type and country, in aggregate.

The contact form

If you write to us, we receive your name (if you give it), your email address and your message, and use them only to reply. We do not add you to any mailing list and do not sell or share your details.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your choice of light or dark theme is saved in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us.

Server logs

Like every website, our server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) to keep the site secure and working. They are deleted on a rolling basis.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@ajapareporter.com.
